Anthony Barbuto

Mr. Barbuto is the founder of Barbuto Law Firm, P.A.  His primary areas of practice include Wills & Trusts, Probate Administration, Litigation and Equestrian Law.  Mr. Barbuto received his Bachelor’s degree in literature, cum laude, from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  He is an active member of the bar associations of Florida, California and New Jersey, and is licensed to practice in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Barbuto is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Animal Law section of the Florida Bar.

For approximately the past 10 years, Mr. Barbuto has distinguished himself as one of the leading lawyers in Palm Beach County’s western communities, having taken over a general practice from attorney Ann Porath, Esq. in 2008, who was the first lawyer to practice in Wellington, Florida on a full time basis in the early 1980s. Since 2008, Mr. Barbuto has championed all types of legal matters for clients in his general practice, representing thousands of Florida residents from probate actions to complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Barbuto resides in Wellington, Florida with his wife and two children.  Aside from the practice of law, Mr. Barbuto maintains a travel blog at www.italianenthusiast.com, where he enjoys writing about Italy and Italian culture in his spare time.

Mrs. Johansson is a highly accomplished lawyer and fearless advocate for justice and equality.  Mrs. Johansson possesses more than a decade of experience as a litigator, and has both pursued and defended corporations and individuals in personal injury, employment disputes, commercial matters and other complex matters.

A native of Florida, Mrs. Johansson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.

Mrs. Johansson resides in Wellington with her husband and two children. Aside from the practice of law, Mrs. Johansson enjoys traveling and music, and has personal goals of completing a screenplay and taking yearly adventurous vacations.
